By purchasing a licence or accessing the BehaviourOps platform, you agree to these Terms. These terms are between you (the customer or facilitator) and Seán Laidlaw trading as BehaviourOps.
A time-limited licence to access one or more BehaviourOps games for internal organisational use. Licences are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared outside your organisation.
You agree to use our games for legitimate internal awareness, engagement, or development purposes only. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP. Licences activate immediately on successful payment.

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your organisation retains ownership of data generated through use of the platform.
All game content, scenarios, mechanics, and platform design are the property of Seán Laidlaw trading as BehaviourOps. Your licence grants you the right to use the games — it does not transfer ownership of any content.
BehaviourOps games are provided for educational and engagement purposes. We accept no liability for decisions made by your organisation or employees following use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your licence.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
