Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase AND the session has not been started. No refund once the session has been run.
Full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no sessions have been started. After 48 hours, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests reviewed within 7 days of purchase if fewer than two sessions have been run. Pro-rata refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Non-refundable once scoping has begun. Discovery session terms are covered by a separate statement of work.
Email behaviourops@crmda.co.uk with your order reference and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days via Stripe to the original payment method.
