GIVE CHAMPIONS
ACCESS

Champions are the people in your organisation who run Risk Rally sessions on your behalf - no BehaviourOps account needed. This guide shows you how to share access with them in under a minute.

Log in to your Portal

Go to behaviourops.co.uk/portal and sign in with your account email.

Open the Risk Rally Facilitator Hub

From the sidebar, click Game Library, then click Manage on your Risk Rally licence.

Find your Champion Link

On the right-hand side of the Facilitator Hub you'll see the Champion Link panel. This is a unique URL tied to your licence. Anyone who has it can run a session.

Copy and share the link

Click COPY CHAMPION LINK and paste it into an email or Teams/Slack message to your champion(s). Each click on the link uses one session credit from your licence.

Keep it safe. Anyone with the link can run a session. Share it only with trusted facilitators, not with players.

Credits update automatically. The credit counter on the Champion Link panel shows how many sessions have been used and how many remain.

Wait for results

Once a champion completes a session, BehaviourOps automatically emails the results report to:

  • The champion's own email (they enter it when setting up their session)
  • Your account's contact email as a CC

You don't need to do anything once the link is shared. The report comes to you automatically.
